Introduction:
1) May 1988: as the factory director of Qingdao no. 3 foundry machine works, which is a backbone enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the state second-grade enterprise
2) July 1994: as the chief director of the former Qingdao Huaqing Foundry Machinery Inc. and the major economic and technical indexes of which had been in the leading position in the same profession
3) January 1997: stepped into auto industry for the first time, Qingdao Huaqing tyre industry Co., Ltd. was established, Yang was elected the chief director and general manager of the company, which is one of the 50 excellent enterprises
4) October 1997: as the chief director of the Qingdao Huaqing Industry Group and the general manager of Huaqing Tyre Industry Co., Ltd, which become one of the first five in China tyre industry in 2001  
5) May 2001: established the Qingdao Deshengli Foundry machinery Co., Ltd. on the basis of Huaqing Industry Co., Ltd. and became the chief director, praised as "King of Machinery" in China
6) April 2003: re-stepped into auto industry and established the Qingdao Huakai automobile Inspection Device Co., Ltd.
